Selecting and Perfecting your Wedding Ceremony
Life is full of opportunities for celebration. With fifteen years of experience to call upon, I am confident that together we can create a very memorable, unique, and romantic ceremony that will fulfil your dreams. Your ceremony will be created to reflect your journey so far, the love you share, and your future life together as husband and wife. Do you prefer a casual or formal ceremony, traditional or contemporary. Do you prefer short? Long? Joyous and colourful, or quiet and reflective? Do you want to include cultural aspects, readings and symbolism? I have many options to help you decide on the perfect ceremony for you.
Your ceremony may be conducted at any venue - your home, a function centre, on the beach, a park, a restaurant, or any other place of your choosing. I live in Dundas, but am very happy to travel to all areas of Sydney to be of service. I have supplies of all the necessary legal documents, but if you wish you can go to www.ag.gov.au/celebrant to download the Notice of Intended Marriage.
From overseas? I have often assisted couples from overseas to marry in Australia. I am very familiar with this process, so please feel free to contact me for more information.
Your Wedding Celebrant service includes:
- Obligation-free first meeting.
- As many subsequent meetings as required, usually two.
- Telephone and email consultations at any time.
- PA system including additional microphone for the convenience of readers.
- Samples of ceremonies, vows, exchange of rings, readings, and symbolism.
- Performance of the ceremony at the designated time, at selected venue. Please note that being late is not acceptable. A time factor of five or ten minutes only after the given time is appropriate, no longer.
- All travel on the day.
- Preparation of all legal documentation required by Marriage Act 1961.
- A beautifully presented copy of your wedding ceremony.
- Strict adherence to Code of Practice for Marriage Celebrants.
- On-line registration of your marriage with follow-up to Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages.
- Free name change kit to with assistance streamline this process for you.
- Information on marriage and relationship enhancement education.
Fees and Charges
I am mindful that this is an important consideration for you. As a member of the Association of Authorised Marriage Celebrants Australia Inc (AAMCA) I do follow their recommendations, and feel that my fee is very reasonable and competitive. Incidental expenses such as parking station fees, water taxis to or from venue, etc. are extras. Please feel free to call me to discuss current fee structure.
